Just a small update

For those of you that dont get my updates via facebook, I wanted to let you know that the weather this weekend was raining off and on so no names were written. And today my very own sister is in labor! Im going to be an aunty again in a couple of hours. Then in the next few weeks it will be my turn! So with all this going on just wanted to let you know there is a bit of a wait for names to be written. Thanks again for understanding.

Also I wanted to put a little background about where I write the names. I write the names on the sidewalk to the side of my house. There isnt a lot of concrete to write on thats why the names are limited to about 4 or 5 at a time. The sidewalk is also less than perfect thats why you may see paint on the sidewalk in a few photos, a lot of construction has been done over the years. I try to pick the best spots for your baby(ies) names with the best lighting.

On a different note, I thought I would include the following picture I found online with all of you. I love the baby angels and the mother is just glowing. This mans work is amazing! Enjoy!

Congratulations Auntie!! How fun for you and your sister to have kiddos at the same time! I hope you live close or get the chance to meet up often so the little cousins can get to know one another well!

Stunning chalk art above! I have seen a few and am amazed at how realistic and 3D the artists can make a sidewalk look.

Thanks for sharing a little more about yourself and where you write our names... less than perfect is fantastic, authentic and simple.

I love my Claire's name.

Thank you for your well wishes! My nephew was born last night shortly before 7 pm. He weighed 7 pounds 5 ounces and was 20 inches long! (I didn't want to make a separate post for this as I think it would detract from the purpose of this blog)
