Such an honor

I wanted to tell you all about something I was asked to be a part of. I was recently contacted by Heather to write her 4 babies names. Of the 4 she asked if I could make a special one for one of them... sweet Journey. She explained to me that she lost baby Journey in May and they were not able to have a burial service at that time. Now they found a cemetery that allowed them to properly bury Journey. They held a memorial and prayer service on August 6th. She wanted to bury Journey with a few special things including one of the photos from Names On The Sidewalk.

I cannot tell you how honored I was to be asked to be part of something so meaningful. I was brought to tears. And for one of my pictures to be with beautiful baby Journey for all eternity is just something that leaves me speechless. To see more photos and read about the service please visit Heather's blog here.

A bit behind

Hi everyone! Just wanted to do a quick post with a little update. Sorry for the delay in posting names. I have been extremely busy and not to mention I was very ill last week. I am happy to report I am better now but with summer in full effect it's very difficult to be out on the pavement burning my knees as I write names. As a result I am writing fewer bunches of names at a time. I thank you again for your continued patience and I will get to those names on the wait list. Also if you donated to get a high resolution jpeg and you have not received it as of yet, please let me know. I thought I was caught up and it seems that perhaps my email ate a few confirmation receipts. So for that I apologize. Please email me if I did miss you and I will email them to you promptly. Thanks again for your patience. Sending much love to you all.

New stuff!

I wanted to share with you all a new project of mine. Ive been inspired by the works of other BLMs and of course Genesis and have put together some artwork to create cards and other printed art pieces of the sort. Id like for you to check out my gallery of artwork here. But here is a peak of a couple of my favorite pieces so far. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. {please do not copy these images. If you would like to purchase them please follow the above link}

I have also added the shop to the right ---> in the banner where you can preview my other work as well.

I also wanted to share that I have opened my own Etsy Shop with all my little projects I have been working on. Check out some of my favorites.
Healing Stone

Tranquility Stone Set
Custom Ornament
I have also added my Etsy Shop banner to the right --->. I would love for you to check out my other work.

All my projects give me so much joy when making them. I make them for Genesis, for my BLM sisters, for your babies and to bring us all just a little peace. I hope my work does this for you as well.

And last but not least, thank you once again for your patience in having the names in waiting written. I was able to post quite a few names this last weekend as you can see and I have updated the wait list. For those of you that have made donations, thank you so much for your support. Not only is your child(ren)'s name added the the memory wall, but all donations and purchases from any of my shops go to funding memory boxes for bereaved parents. So thank you for helping a hurting family have something to hold on to when they leave the hospital.

Speacial Offers update

A little while ago I posted about the new special offers I am offering on the facebook page. I am happy to let you all know that now I have boy shoes available and am offering the names in laces in boys colors. Check out how cute they are:
Also in regards to the special offers, many of you have requested a glowing name. I am in the process of doing them. They take much longer to perfect and edit. So thank you for your patience while I finish those up for you.

Lastly, as you have probably seen I have been busy writing names on the sidewalk and little by little I am getting through the wait list. As the list gets shorter and shorter I ask that you pass along my blog and facebook page to those in need so that I can offer them my humble gift. Thank you all for your support and patience. Much love.
